RUNE can be exchanged to native version at any time — there is no time limit for switching to the native blockchain.
The bepswap service, supporting SCCN, will continue to operate in parallel with MCCN, but will gradually reduce its block rewards, which will encourage users to migrate to MCCN along with their assets. When there are no nodes left in SCCN to secure the network, bepswap will go to Valhalla.
